The
Group’s Investor Relations is committed to providing the investment community
with transparent, timely and accurate information.
Our corporate culture, while having a global dimension, is firmly based on the belief that local management, with a real understanding of its business and culture, can best serve the needs of all stakeholders. This flexibility to manage and make decisions creates a commitment to the important concept that each company is both individual and part of the global organisation that is Fourarces. In the Code there is a recurring phrase: “It begins with me.” Living up to our values as a company is only possible when each of us plays their part. Keeping everyone safe, following the law, doing the right thing, showing respect to others - it all begins with me.
We have prepared Reports on Payments to Governments for Extractive Activities in line with the EU Accounting (2013/34/EU) and Transparency (2004/109/EU) Directives as amended and as transposed into Irish Law and the disclosure and transparency rules of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. Our Reports on Payments to Governments for Extractive Activities for the year ended 31 December 2017, 31 December 2018, 31 December 2019, 31 December 2020, 31 December 2021, 31 and December 2022.
At Fourarces, we are committed to building strong relationships with our stakeholders and making a positive difference in the communities where we operate. Our stakeholder engagement procedures empower our businesses to deliver local engagement in an inclusive and transparent way.
As a large global organisation, Fourarces has responsibilities with respect to taxation in the multiple communities and jurisdictions in which it operates. Fourarces contributes a significant amount of tax to local and national governments, including corporate tax on profits, environmental levies, license fees, taxes on property, customs and excise duties, withholding taxes and social taxes on employment. In addition, Fourarces collects taxes on behalf of revenue authorities, including payroll taxes on salaries paid to employees.
At Fourarces, we fully support the goal of the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to well below 2°C, with efforts towards 1.5°C, compared to pre-industrial levels. We are also committed to being transparent about our climate advocacy and we have undertaken this review to ensure both our direct lobbying and trade groups’ lobbying aligns with the Paris Agreement, as we recognize a supportive climate policy environment is essential for us to deliver our 2050 carbon neutrality ambition.
Fourarces is committed to supporting all persons, including
current, potential, and former employees, independent contractors, clients, and
suppliers in coming forward with any genuine concerns of wrongdoing within
Fourarces and will investigate these concerns appropriately and confidentially.
Fourarces takes all reasonable steps to protect those who raise genuine
concerns and applies a zero-tolerance approach to retaliation, in accordance
with local laws.
Fourarces provides various ways to “Speak Up” about such
concerns, including an independent, confidential Hotline. Reports to the
Hotline can be submitted “24/7” in various languages at hotline@fourarces.com. Reports can also be submitted
